A survey of the boundary of property according to the description in the recorded deed. Any improvements along the boundary affecting the use of or title to utilities, buildings, sheds, streets, etc., are located, missing corner markers are replaced, and a map showing the boundaries and improvements along the boundaries or a surveyors report detailing the steps taken to establish the boundary is prepared. Interior improvements such as buildings, drives, etc., can also be located at the request of the client.
